Who we are
Precision Coating Systems is a family run business with over 30 years’ experience in Shot Blasting, Powder Coating and Paint Refinishing using the latest techniques, equipment and materials.
We pride ourselves on giving the very best customer service, offering excellent advice, whilst putting our customers firmly in control and offering the highest quality workmanship.
Located on the western edge of the New Forest, near Fordingbridge, PCS Ltd started as a small automotive repair facility, working for the prestige end of the industry. As our company has grown, we have diversified into a total paint removal and refinishing company.
Our facility now boasts:
- A Powder Coating oven over 3 metres in length
- A large wet spraying booth
- Chemical Stripping tanks over 2.5 metres
- Enclosed blasting bay
- We can accommodate extremely large vehicles including lorries and agricultural vehicles
- We also have mobile equipment so we can come to you to work on anything from industrial to domestic.
We cover a wide area of the south that includes Southampton, Ringwood, Winchester, Portsmouth, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.
Case study
One of our favourite projects was for a customer with the Yamaha R1
He stripped it and rebuilt whilst dealing with a terminal illness. We were lucky enough to be given the responsibility for some bodywork parts, chassis and wheels. After dropping off parts one day he was asked how quickly he would like them back.
His reply was epic, “Don’t take too long, I’m dying here!” Fred finished the bike before passing and it is now in the custody of his son.
